rsov deceiving customers!!!!!!!

rsov don't answer!!!! very sad situation with Russian customers..... 6 months within a fraction of parcels not. More than !!!!100!!!!!(one hundred!!!!) orders were not delivered to buyers.... people have made a request for a refund or store credit. but the answer is not got nothing.......

people, be careful....

I would recommend every single one to open a dispute at paypal, after close to 45 days after the payment has been made! Whatever RSOV is trying to do nowadays it just isn't gonna be working if they want customers.
