On the airsoft-news.eu pages today I read:
China: AGM and Cyma news ...bad news. Apparently, both AGM and CYMA's owners has been arrested and factories dismantled. They are being prosecuted for illegal guns manufacture in accordance to PRC's laws. That's it folks. That is why no new products from China lately. News confirmed, as we received almost verbatim message from three different and highly reputable sources. |

This seems to be a highly exaggerated rumour. Although unconfirmed what's really happening, please read: http://airsoftoutletnw.com/index.php...shut-down.html
You can read some more about it below, but beware that it might all be a case of bad translation, and misunderstanding of the way of the chinese as well as their culture. I'm pretty sure the authorities come buzzing into the factories, threatening to send satan after them if they do not shut down, but when it comes to it that's not what happens. Pretty much sounds like Skanska's building sites when they want the other entrepreneurs to work faster http://redwolfairsoft.wordpress.com/...hinese-clones/ http://www.airsoftpacific.com/viewtopic.php?p=454505 |
