Terms & Conditions - User Agreement

By pressing the 'Accept' button below you are accepting the following Terms and Conditions ;

• Payment via Western Union and Direct Bank Wire should be done in 3 business days after placing order or it will be automatically canceled.

• RSOV.com products selling price is tax excluded buyers are responsible for all duty and tax in their countries.

• Buyers should check the import regulations of their country before placing order to RSOV.com. We will not be responsible for confiscating and seizure of goods by customs. No refund of your order can be made under such situations.

• Order will be normally shipped in 2-4 business days regardless of shipment method chosen.

Other important notes ...

• Once you hit the ' Place Order ' button at the last step of check-out process we will file a order record for you even it has not been paid yet. Just in case you have wrongly hit the button please kindly left us a note or email us at ' aftersales@hk-knd.com ' we will cancel the order then.

• After placing order the system status will show 'Payment pending' or 'Payment checking' we will then check and confirm your order payment in the next business day. If you are in doubt of success of your Paypal payment just log-in to your Paypal account and check the record it will never be wrong.

• We will have to take 2-4 business days to process your order regardless of shipment method chosen. You can log-in to your RSOV.com account to check out the current status of your order during the process as we will update your order statuses to 'Fund Cleared', ' Processing ' , ' Shipped ' or ' Canceled '.

• In order to ensure smooth delivery of your order and avoid any unnecessary delay and penalty to receiver from customs we will always mark 100% full value on the customs invoice and attach to your package. If you are looking for other document or delivery arrangements please kindly leave us a message at the 'comment box' before you check out and pay.

• In case of any problems happened please always contact us at ' aftersales@hk-knd.com ' before filing a dispute in Paypal as it will greatly save both of us a lot of time and effort to resolve the problem.
